To unite and empower women in conservation across southern Africa, fostering collaboration, strengthening leadership, and driving lasting change for people and nature. 

What to expect

Talks

Presentations and panel discussions on key themes - community based natural resource management, biodiversity, climate change, indigenous knowledge, and gender equality - drawing on the experience of women from across southern Africa

Workshops

Sessions focused on skills development, including conservation technology, leadership and management, data analysis, fundraising, and AI applications, led by participants and tailored to identify needs

Networking

Opportunities to connect with nearly 120 women from 12 southern African countires, share ideas and experiences, and establish lasting collaborations through theme-based networks beyond the congress
